Deciding On A Plasma Cutter

I've been looking over the wide range of Plasma Cutters for sale now days and am on overload. I don't plan on cutting anything over 1/2" and don't want to spend over $600 for one. So Miller and Lincoln are out of my range. My only use will be small jobs with steel and aluminum, and no long heavy cuts. Mostly 1/8" to 1/2" max.
I have 220 1 phase, so that is not an issue.
