What's The Difference Between 90vdc And180vdc Motors? And Dc Rpm Question

Any applications where one is better than the other? Does the 90 always use 11ovac input and the 180 220vac input?

I read/saw somewhere that a dc motor should not be run at more than 70% of its max rated rpm continuously or it will overheat, true?
