Is There A Forum Spot For Andrychow Lathes? Quality Newb Q.

Looking to pick up the Lathe below Its listed as a "Polish Andrychow, top of the line and of good size. It's a 17/24 x60" Is there a proper forum here? Did a search, did not find any real spot for these.
